La-La Land Crafts : Stitches inspiration!

Hi crafty friends!

Another inspiration post is offered to you, thanks to La-La Land Crafts! I've used the lovely Winter Luka with LOTS of dies, as always ;-) : Double Stitched SquaresThree Christmas TreesOrnate Border LargeOrnate Border SmallNorth Pole and the Large Snowflakes 2. They're all die-cut from an old Glitz Design paperpad that I had in my stash, and our little boy was stamped with Memento Ink Desert Sand for a no-line effect and crispy blond hair.

LDRS Creative - Girls night out

Hi, all!
I'm back to showcase the Girl's night out stamp set from the All Dressed Up line at LDRS Creative, along with the Best Friends sentiments set.
One of the first things that impressed me when I saw these cuties was how they looked fabulous and TALL! I didn't want to hide them in any ways when making the card, so I went with a 4"x5.5" shape, angled a second panel of patterned paper to accentuate it, added a few buttons here and there, but mostly kept the main focus on the girls and their fabulous sentiment.
What stamp will you use for your next Girl's night out event? ;-)
p.s. I'm also entering this card for the "It's Hip to be Square!" Wednesday challenge at Simon Says Stamp :-)

Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps : Let your light shine!

Hey everyone!

I'm thrilled to host this Anything goes challenge on the Kraftin' Kimmie stamps blog! As I'm trying to do more and more CAS (clean and simple) cards, I've also decided to challenge myself using watercolouring in multiple ways. Today's card is a great example of how versatile your stamps can be from one technique to another! I used two sets from my awesome friend Becky, the flowers coming from the Buds & Blooms set, while the gorgeous sentiment is from the Let Your Light Shine set. Keep your eyes open for more watercolouring tutorial on the KKS blog soon ;-)
